MIDDLE EASTERN RESTAURANTS IN MALAYSIA
The success story was unfolded in 1998. Ever since then, Tarbush has made a name of its own to be the first and leading Middle Eastern Restaurant in Malaysia. On top of that, Tarbush has also established good rapport with various organizations and sectors in the country.
Tarbush has opened thus far four branches that are strategically located; Jalan Bukit Bintang, Starhill Gallery, Sunway Pyramid and most recently, Tarbush has set its eyes on Batu Feringghi, Penang, where an oasis of Tarbush’s celebrated dining experience is standing proudly by the waters of the Pearl of the Orient. The meticulous interior design, exotic decoration and extensive list of menu (ranging from soups, appetizers, right down to main courses and desserts) to sample and choose from will undoubtedly make your meal an awesome experience and an unforgettable one… |

Pavilion KL is not only know for its glam, fashion and expensive cars.. (most ideal place to apply for a jockey position) but it is also the home to many exclusive known or unknown local and international delights. On the highest floor of this mall exists some of the rarest and most exclusive restaurants one could find. Most of the names you've never even heard of, but are incredibly famous if you look up online. This particular post is about the consecutive winner of Malaysia's best restaurant and multi-award winning Lebanese restaurant, Al-Amar.
Located quite strategically at the centre of the most top floor of Pavilion. With a lot of room to roam around infront of the restaurant, it is pretty hard to miss. Operational hours: 10am to 2am daily. |

Al Nafourah is a Middle Eastern restaurant at the Le Meridien Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. You will absolutely love the Middle Eastern fare, the decor, the intricate details and meticulous service at the restaurant. The moment you step into the restaurant you are transported to a Middle Eastern harem with soft music and dim lighting.
The restaurant was almost full that night due to a group function. At the far end hidden corner of the restaurant is dimly light with candlelight and adorned with comfy cushions and silk drapes. Another highlight of the restaurant is the performance by a belly dancer from 8.15 pm to 10.00 pm, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in conjunction with their semi-buffet offering. |
Restaurant Wadi Hadhramawt at Jalan Ampang is slightly drizzling when we got there, the fairy lights look inviting, the kids of course zoomed straight to the fountain and I like the big area, good for kids so that they don't knock into tables when playing and the staff didn't even seem to mind when some group of young kids from another table played "catching".
Prices at Restaurant Wadi Hadhramawt Jalan Ampang is quite reasonable, our rice costed less than RM20 and the portion is just nice fr 1 person so that you don't have to share or force yourself to eat too much. Service is also good and there is quite a number of local waitresses so that you won't have to play a guessing game with the waiter when ordering. |
